Online Webinars

As well as 1:1 coaching, I offer online parent webinars via zoom. Most of my sessions are organised in small groups, allowing greater opportunities to ask questions and share, in a more informal, supportive and relaxed atmosphere. It also helps me to tailor the sessions to the needs of the group. See below for upcoming workshops and dates.

Regulation Series - Group Coaching

The next series starts on Tuesday 26th May - email to register your interest.

My five week series is a perfect introduction to better understanding regulation challenges for your neurodivergent child, and how to begin supporting them at home and school. This series is perfect for you if you are looking to learn more about your child’s BIG emotions, fluctuating capacity, sensory triggers, tricky transitions, what dysregulation can look like and how it might be masked, how to support your child during and after a meltdown and the development of emotional regulation.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR DYSREGULATED CHILD - Week 1: Regulation Series (Group Coaching)

Week 1, 8.30pm - £40.00

An introduction to understanding possible reasons as to why your neurodivergent child might be dysregulated/overwhelmed. We explore sensory triggers, what dysregulation can look like and how it can be missed or masked both at home and in school. I will explain different concepts to better understand how dysregulation is cumulative and how this might be presenting through challenging behaviour/big emotions at home. We will discuss your child’s nervous system, fluctuating capacity and how their sensory needs might affect regulation.

SUPPORTING YOUR DYSREGULATED CHILD - Week 2: Regulation Series (Group Coaching)

Week 2, 8.30pm - £40.00

We will briefly discuss support in school, but this is explored further in my ‘Advocating for your child in school’ webinar. A deep dive into capacity and demands across the week with lots of practical take-aways to support your child.

I will be drawing upon all my professional experience and training, as well as parenting a neurodivergent child to offer advice and support.

BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL SUPPORT - Week 3: Regulation Series (Group Coaching)

This workshop would also also helpful for children who don’t go to school (home ed families), focusing on morning routines and support around days out or big events as well as regulation throughout the day.

The session focuses on supporting your neurodivergent child before and after school (morning and end of the day routines), exploring a range of regulation ideas and strategies. We will cover opportunities for sensory play, calming sensory input, as well as discussing how to plan the right activities in the afternoon. We will look at how to create low demand morning routines, and how the journey to school can be used to support regulation. The session also covers how to use regulation tools and buffers around challenging parts of the week, and weekend.

MELTDOWNS - Week 4: Regulation Series (Group Coaching)

Week 4, 8.30pm - £40.00

We explore how to support your neurodivergent child in the moment (during a meltdown) including words/phrases that might be helpful and how to create a mantra to support you as the parent/carer. I cover how and when to discuss challenging behaviours with your child and how to support their nervous system after a meltdown.
